Caroline Brants
“Captivating clients is our most important goal!” A professional with over 20 years of experience in events, public relations and marketing, who has vast knowledge in Ceremonies and Protocols and already has worked at Brazilian multinationals. She has organized events in various countries, including Germany, Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Brazil. She has strong communication and negotiation skills, always with a focus on problem solving and client satisfaction.
Thiago Gonzalez
“Agility, knowledge and efficiency improve the point of contact between agency and client.” Spray’s founding partner, who is passionate about events. He holds a B.S. in Advertising and a graduate degree in Event Management with an emphasis on Marketing from ESPM. His long career includes events on the five continents and the world’s largest trade shows. He has worked in virtually all industries and draws on this experience for the benefit of Spray’s clients and deliveries. His 12 years of expertise, ten of which in international events, greatly facilitates the success of events and transforms them into unique experiences for clients.
Roberto Gonzalez
“The goal is to optimize as much as possible the delivery of projects to our clients.” Our CFO is an expert in business and financial management. With long experience at major companies in the health insurance industry, he focuses on optimizing costs, negotiating and reverting funds to clients to support the development of projects.
